Hi, sorry for not responding immediately, The Tiger King and She Wolf were created by me, and drawn by Virus. I based the She-Wolf off from a character called black widow the slam masters video game series. Tiger King, I based off of King from Tekken. She-Wolf's costume is based on the costume Black Widow wears in the game. I hope this answers your question.
But whether they where drawn somewhere else except for this comic?
This is the first time both characters were drawn for this comic. If that is what you mean.
